Beauty Shots!
Apple Cider Vinegar is a beauty secret that seems to help with everything! You can clean with it, cook with it, tone your skin with it, drink it, even wash your hair with it. It does so many great things for our bodies inside and out and I love it and couldn't live without it.
Every morning I have 2 Tbsp ACV & about a teaspoon of ginger. Make sure your ACV has the mother & is foggy, not clear & your ginger is organic.
Why ACV helps-
-Its a detox so it's going to give you clearer skin
-It helps even out your PH which is also good for your skin

Ginger also has a lot of health benefits but the main 2 reasons I add it is because it helps prevent cancer & protect against alzheimer's disease which both run in my family, and because it does a bunch of other beneficial things and is known as the healthiest spice!

I started taking this "beauty shot" about a month ago and before that I was drinking the ingredients through my drink Good Girl Moonshine , a recipe I got from Allie Sevdalis. I think that's a great drink for beginners because it gets you drinking lots of water & dilutes the ingredients as you get used to it. I started taking the shots because it was better for my lifestyle but either way is fine! I recommend to people just starting out taking the shot to add one tbsp at first and working your way up to 2 tbsp's and eating something like watermelon right after to get rid of the taste. But as you keep drinking it you should get used to it, it doesn't even phase me now.
I like to have my beauty shot in the morning then drink a big glass of lemon water & pink himalayan salt or just water if i'm out of lemons. I drink these before putting anything else in my body, I find it works best on an empty stomach and helps with any cravings I may have.
